Chantel Belk, Owner & Creative Director of Prestige All Stars
Chantel Belk has over 25 years of dance and teaching experience. She began her dance career at the age of 5 and has been trained in various styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and hip-hop. Chantel's dance career has granted her numerous opportunities such as performing live on BET network and opening for Grammy nominated artist Omarion. With the knowledge she has gained from her dance education and from her mentors, Chantel decided to pay it forward and instill that knowledge in the youth. She created Prestige All Stars in February 2018 with a dream to give dancers a competitive dance environment that is affordable and quality focused. Her passion and commitment to her dancers is unwavering and she is excited to continuing teaching young dancers who are ready to learn!

Assistant Coach
Charlene Harris
Since the age of 5, Charlene knew that she had a passion for dance. Starting out at 8 years old, she trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and modern. Some of her notable training came from the Washington Ballet at the Arc as well as being a part of the competitive, hip hop dance company, X-Vibe—under the direction of Lionell “Lonnie Bee” Kitt. Charlene has also been an assistant coach for the DuVal High school cheer team and performed in several musicals and plays in the DMV area. She is excited to contribute her knowledge of performance and dance technique with the Prestige All Star ladies!
